Supply chains and materials management in the field

Without supplies, any Emergency Hospital comes to a standstill. The warehouse manages all medical and technical consumables — from medication and surgical instruments to spare tent parts and generator fuel. Logistics ensures that every station gets what it needs.

The GRC Emergency Hospital is designed to operate fully self-sufficiently in the first few weeks. All materials are calculated, packed and brought into the field together with the hospital in advance. The aim is to deliver medical aid independently of local supply structures — even when markets, roads or border crossings are inaccessible.

The longer a deployment lasts, the more the hospital depends on functioning supply routes.
